I am so excited for this new journey and to be a part of the growth here. My husband and I have 4 kids and I love including them in my facebook lives and sharing their testimonies from using our products. My family is my reason for being in this industry so I can always choose being a mom first and have the flexibility to do so.

Maria Walker
Director

Hello fellow Jordies- my name is Maria Walker and I’ve been a consultant with Jordan Essentials since January 2021. I have been in direct sales since the 1980’s. I initially signed up to help my sister, Teresa Villalobos

As I began to learn about JE I realized how beneficial the products were for me. My life savior was Helio for my horrible knee pain. Because of it I have been able to postpone inevitable knee surgery.

I was so impressed by our leader Nancy Bogart and her hands on approach with her company and all the motivation given by our uplines.

Every year had its’ challenges for promoting

This year, despite 14 months of ongoing chemotherapy treatments and my husbands’ unexpected cardiac issues, I found myself close to a promotion and earning the trip and … By the grace of God, the companies’ incentives, encouragement and support from my sister, upline and downline I reached director status! I want to tell you if I can do it despite the challenges life throws you - it can be done! You can do it too!!

Wow what a way to start the year! I made a personal commitment to myself to change my mindset this year and Jan. proved to be the perfect month to start. Not just because it's New year resolution time but because it was the last month I could earn the trip. I wanted January to set the tone for the year so starting out strong was the only option for me

It’s really easy to go into January thinking no one has money to spend and for some that may be true. I decided to think that didn’t apply to everyone and to stick with fantastic routine follow up as well as out of my comfort zone FB posts and direct messages. It sure did work! Yes some said that it wasn’t the right time, but many decided that January was the month to reorder or even check out JE for the first time and I got so many new customers! Bottom line is… I asked!

Vendor events are my JAM! I also started to fill my calendar with events and Jan was the perfect time to strategically stock up on my top sellers.

Make 2025 the year you change your mindset, focus on the positive and try something new to keep your JE business ontrack for a successful year!

Jennifer Wessner
Diamond Director

Sponsoring and leading a team is my favorite part of this business! Successful Sponsoring starts with creating a welcoming invitation where others feel encouraged to take a chance on something new. I believe in sharing my journey authentically—being open about the learning curve and sharing what to expect after they enroll. The fear does not come from purchasing the kit; it comes from not knowing what comes next. Set them up with a few expectations. I make sure every new Consultant knows they’re never alone in learning what to do. I gain their trust and instill confidence by sharing that there are visual and audio tools for training and a fun team just waiting to cheer them on in our Jump in Jordan Team Facebook group.

Nancy Bogart
Owner/Founder

We are kicking off our birthday month with so much energy and love I am moved to tears and a few goosebumps.

5% of direct sales companies make it over 20 years

1% are women-owned and led.

I love it when people ask me "Did you know you would run a successful company? Did you know your best years would be the most current years?"  Heck to the no as the kids like to say.

Here are 5 lessons in 25 years:

1. You will not harvest in the same season you plant.  Do not dig up your dreams and replant over and over. I have "stick to it" power. I just never give up!  I know the seeds planted, lessons learned will pay off.

It always works out for Nancy!

2. Let Them. I am reading Mel Robbins's book, Let Them, at the moment.  I have had so many negative experiences with people who said I would never be a success.  Direct Sales does not work and how can a women raise her family and run a business.

Let them.  Let them say what they want to. I often feel like they are just missing information and I do one of too things.  One, I might give them more info, or two I might just say well bless your heart and move on.  Either way I have learned to let them and find the ones who want to join my dream team.

3. Mindset matters. I do not just say it always works out because it actually does!  Even a necessary ending can and does work out because it is all in how we perceive it.  I have had many a treasure team members who once worked in the office or in the field and I enjoy my time with them and sometimes, many times they move down their path and it is different from my current one.  And that is okay.  Love and let live as we continue to make amazing products and provide an outstanding income.

4. Balance is a myth.  It is okay to be all in and all out sometimes. I often say we are ,making soap not kidney surgery. I love what I do with a passion. It is truly hard for me to turn off my brain for all thing JE.  I also know there are times I need to set it down and have family time or just me time.
I do not belive in balance. I believe in priorities.  What is my priority TODAY?  Tomorrow I will set new ones.

5. I am not a superhero.  I am super passionate.  How can I still be so passionate today after 25 years?  Purpose.  It just looks like I have it all together and I am always positive. I do believe in optimism, gratitude and loving others on this journey and I hope that shines through.

Be authentically you, and you can do some pretty amazing things.

Happy JE birthday peeps!  It is going to be an amazing year as we move toward our anniversary at Jordanvention 2025!

Thank you for being such an important partner in this journey and as we always used to say; We are improving lives, one Lotion Bar at a time."

Exciting News: My New Role as Director of Field Operations at Jordan Essentials

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve stepped into the role of Director of Field Operations at Jordan Essentials! This position marks an exciting new chapter where I’ll have the opportunity to work closely as liaison between our field and our internal operations. In this role, I’ll focus on:

Streamlining Communications: Ensuring efficient processes and clear communication to create stronger communications internally.

Field-Warehouse Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the field and our warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth coordination with monthly specials and projects.

Software Support: Implementing and managing software solutions that provide consultants with the tools and resources they need to grow and succeed.

Jordan Essentials has always been about healthy skin, healthy life, and I’m honored to be part of a team that shares my passion for creating meaningful change and empowering others.

I’m looking forward to collaborating with our incredible community and helping our consultants achieve their goals. Together, we’ll continue to grow, inspire, and make a difference. 💚

Melissa Fargnoli
Digital Marketing Manager

There’s an incredible energy surrounding Jordan Essentials right now, and we can feel it growing every day! From the inspiring success stories of our consultants to the new faces we met at Summit, the excitement for our 25th year in business is stronger than ever. Though February may be short, it’s filled with love, joy, and sweet surprises, a perfect reflection of the heart behind Jordan Essentials.

Your Social Media = Your Storefront

Just like Jordan Essentials is experiencing a surge of growth and excitement, your social media should reflect that same energy! It’s where people connect, learn, and decide if they trust you enough to do business with you. Whether you’re sharing wellness tips, promoting natural skincare, or educating about a healthier lifestyle, how you show up online directly impacts how people see your brand and business.

Want to establish credibility and build trust with your audience? Here’s how:

✔️ Be authentic – People buy from real people. Show up as yourself and share your journey!

✔️ Engage & connect – Reply to comments and messages promptly. Ask engaging questions to start conversations.

✔️ Provide real value – Share tips, personal stories, and behind-the-scenes moments to build relationships, not just sales.

✔️ Be consistent – Your audience needs to see you regularly to trust you as their go-to for natural beauty and wellness.

As we step into this milestone year, we do so with optimism, purpose, and a deep commitment to empowering others. The future is bright, and with every story shared and every consultant who dreams big, we are building something truly special.

Here’s to 25 years of impact, and all the incredible moments yet to come!

What an exciting time to be here with Jordan Essentials as we continue to grow and thrive! February is such a special month as it reminds us of the love and enthusiasm we share for our mission—and this February is especially momentous as we celebrate Jordan Essentials’ 25th anniversary! Twenty-five years of empowering consultants, supporting healthy living, and making a positive impact—it’s incredible to be part of a company with such a rich history and a bright future ahead.

As we look toward 2025, now is the time to lean into the momentum that’s building all around us. I’m thrilled to announce the launch of our new training plan, designed to support YOU in stepping into success. From empowering new consultants with tools through our Jordie Jumpstart program to helping our rising leaders shine in our Drive to Director series, we’re laying the groundwork for this to be our most impactful year yet. And don’t forget, our Leader Roundtables are beginning, offering a collaborative space for leaders to grow together and share their expertise. This is all about working smarter, growing stronger, and building a legacy.

On top of those initiatives, our Monday Night Lives are still here to inspire, connect, and motivate the entire field. Paired with incredible resources, we are committed to supporting you! Make sure you join these sessions—they’re a wonderful source of ideas, encouragement, and even camaraderie as you connect with fellow consultants across the map. Whether you’re new to Jordan Essentials or a seasoned consultant, this is the perfect time to lean in. Share the joy, share the products, and share the opportunities we have to offer.

Remember, positivity is contagious and momentum is unstoppable when we join forces! You are part of something incredible—something historic—as we continue to grow and expand. Stay focused on your goals, lean into the tools that are being developed just for you, and remember that every step forward matters. Together, we’re making history, and I couldn’t be prouder to walk this path alongside you.

Here’s to positivity, passion, and an extraordinary 2025. Let’s make this month AMAZING!

Natalie Johns

Executive Director of Marketing, Communications and Field Engagement

It’s hard to believe Leader Summit was just a few short weeks ago. It was an incredible couple of days as we began to  celebrate our historic 25 years and looked to our very exciting future! While speaking at Summit, I shared a message about being and creating a Leadership Legacy, and there was one word I focused on with our leaders that I think is appropriate for everyone right now, and that is GRIT.

Grit is passion and perseverance for long term goals. It’s not about how much money you make, where you come from, where you went to school. Grit is about that fire burning in your soul that pushes you toward your goals no matter what gets in your way.

As we celebrate our birthday month and Silver Anniversary year, we also set our eyes on our big goals. I know many of you are lacing up your shoes for Race to the River, and you are ready dig deep and go for it, so let’s talk about how you get GRITTY. In this article, I’m going to focus on the first:

1. Know What You’re After. In Angela Duckworth’s book Grit, she shares stories and case studies on incredible leaders who have grit and it all starts with a vision and having a solid idea of where you want to end up. This means being able to envision yourself having achieved that goal. So if it’s hitting that next rank promotion or being able to pay off a bill or hitting that 4th tier in Race to the River, envision yourself having achieved it. Where are you? What are you doing? What does it feel like? What are your surroundings? Write this down or draw a picture. I want you to live in that for a moment and go back to that vision when you are struggling toward your goal.

Let this vision for yourself keep you gritty and going for your goals even when the days are long and the going is a little tough. You have it in you to do hard things!

Next time, we’ll talk about how past failures can be like weights on our ankles and how mini goals are the way to the major milestones.

Cheers!
Natalie
