In the Pink Bubble, it was always about "More than a Bag". We are quickly realizing the community and culture in the Green Bubble feels very familiar and learning it will now be “More than MAG". As a busy soccer mom of 2 and a part-time Pre-K teacher, I am so grateful for the flexible schedule that this opportunity provides and so excited to continue to learn and grow with Team TRUST and all of you along the way. I'm Laura from Alaska! Finding a new home with Jordan Essentials has been such an unexpected blessing these last couple of months. 

This business model is what allowed me to resign from the 9-5 & stay home with our 3 little miracles and I hope to continue to have that incredible opportunity as a Jordie! Our Alaska life is filled with camping, fishing, church activities, and the chaos of our amazing kids (Reagain:8, Boaz:5 and Josiah: 3) who also like to play germ roulette every fall/winter season! Brian and I have been married 12 years this summer and I can't wait to take him on his first JE Trip to meet everyone!

I’m Andrea Hines from Oakland, MD and what a couple of amazing months it has been! 

I had been a Thirty-One consultant for the last 12 years and when their closing was announced, I had no idea what I was going to do! 

I absolutely love what I do (as well as being a high school teacher) and I just couldn’t imagine my life without my team and VIP’s! 

I fell in love with Jordan Essentials products a few years ago because I desperately needed a skincare routine that worked for me. I had thought about joining awhile back, so I took a leap of faith at the end of October and a signed up to be a consultant! 

I could not have promoted to Director without the support of my amazing team (shoutout to Team BeYOUtiful! ), my VIP’s and my husband and son for cheering me on with this new venture! Their support means everything and it is why I love doing what I do!

I am Becky Shultz, aka Beck, a new Director from central Minnesota in the middle of no where-close to all those 10,000 lakes!! I am married to Larry, aka Lar, for almost 38 years. We have one son Chad and one grandchild Hazel age 8. We love to fish all seasons, hunt, ride side by side and chase sunsets in our free time. I joined JE and am excited to be selling it, due to the difference I feel physically & that I've personally experienced since starting my JE journey and using the products.  I also love the freedom & flexibility of being in the direct sales field for the last 13 years, and working for myself, when and where I choose too. In fact, it is not uncommon to be found working from my phone, in the boat in spring/summer or my fish house in the winter, waiting for the bite to start.

Hi everyone!!  

I'm Jenny Alligrant from Grapevine, Texas. I'm thrilled for this new adventure. When I learned that my previous company was closing in October, I was devastated and adament that I could not and would not start over again. God had other plans and kept sending me hints and nudges to open my heart and mind to his blessings. I noticed that almost all of my top leader friends who could choose to work anywhere were jumping in with JE! I reached out to Bobbi Trisko and Nancy to ask a LOT of questions. My entire family (and my husband, especially) gave me the nudge I needed to jump in. With tremendous support, I promoted to the same level of leadership I was losing before my previous company closed and within 3 weeks of joining! This bag lady is now a mag lady!

I’m Becky Reckner from Somerset, Pennsylvania! And I am thrilled to be a Jordie, a 31 Jordie that is. As a former direct sales girl coming from Thirty-One, I knew I wanted to work hard to earn leadership quickly!

I couldn’t be more proud of our team! We may be small but we are mighty. We are all loving our new home here at Jordan Essentials.

In January of 2024, I was privilege to hear Nancy speak at our Thirty-One Leadership Summit! She was so inspirational. Her smile shined as she spoke to us! And I have said the words she taught us over and over last year and will continue to say them for the rest of my life. Nancy encouraged us by having us say, “Everything will work out for _________ (Becky)! Simply fill in your name!

So when Thirty-One closed, I knew where my new side gig would be….. with Nancy Bogart! I couldn’t remember the name of her company but I knew I wanted to be with Nancy in her company!

And I must say the transition from Bags to Mags has been amazing! Serving my customers with our clean magnesium products has been so gratifying! Helping my friends and family feel relief from muscle aches and pains is so rewarding! And everyone is loving our spa experiences right in their very own home!

What a whirlwind these last 2 months have been. When the company that I had poured my heart and soul into for the last 14 1/2 years announced its closing, I was devastated. The connections I had made with my customers and the sisterhood I had built with so many women were beyond anything I could ever imagine, and I knew I didn't want to lose that.

I had met Nancy Bogart last year at a leadership summit where she was our keynote speaker. I had never heard of Jordan Essentials until that day. Her specially formulated foaming hand soap she had made just for us smelled amazing, and the love she had for her company, product, and community felt familiar to me! When I was thinking "what's next" for me, Jordan Essentials kept coming back in my head and heart. That's when I knew it was time to open up and jump in! And BOY, what an amazing ride the last 6 weeks have been! This feels like HOME!

The sisterhood that I loved so much, I have been able to keep, and meeting so many new sisters has been amazing and fills my cup! My customers are sticking with me on this new journey and trusting in me and these new products! What a fun ride it's been so far, and I cannot wait to see where this new journey takes me!

I am so excited for the future at Jordan Essentials...but I have to say,
I did not think I would be at this point already! As my successful 10
year career with Thirty-One was ending, I was not sure what God had for
my future. I knew I wanted to stick with Direct Sales because it fit my
life so well. I am a busy mom of 4, a full-time caregiver for my
disabled mother and my husband is in ministry. So I need a job that is
flexible but also offers great earning potential!

When I joined in November, I was only slightly familiar with JE because
I had heard Nancy speak at a leadership conference. If I am being
honest, I simply joined so I could stay with my "sisterhood" of
friends/colleagues who were moving to Jordan. But after just 2 months, I
can say I am here to stay! I love the products and the culture of JE so
much...it just feels like home. I am so thankful for Nancy and the home
office staff for welcoming us with open arms as we moved from the "pink
bubble" to the "green bubble." I am beyond excited for this next journey!

Hi, I am Alisa. I live about 45 minutes West of Albany, NY in a small town called Perth (most of the time Perth means Australia, which would be fun!)

I have been in Direct Sales for several years - I don’t keep track. Don’t ask me my Anniversary. I never know with any of them……I CAN tell you that my first intro to DS was before facebook! How the heck did I do that!? The SAME way I am doing it now…..saying “YES!” to opportunities when I want to say no. That has gotten me to know people and to show up in unlikely situations which only creates and strengthens my relationships with those present.

I may not have the highest PV by any means, but you will find me chatting with my team, fellow consultants and uplines all day long. Don’t tell my day job boss ;-)

Most will say I act with passion. I may be pretty strong willed at times, but when I get behind something, I go all in. When Thirty-One closed, this was not a new territory for me. Having to transition was a very challenging but not new process. I spent so many hours and even PTO hours learning, educating and building. I believe that my team knows that I am on their side and will allow them to guide their own journey. I tell them it’s my job to keep building my team so that they don’t have to worry about my goals. Many of them followed me as well some friends I met in the Thirty-One community, so because of them and their goals, I am here celebrating with so many other people.

Four years ago, in January 2021, I began my journey with Jordan Essentials, and it has been such a blessing to share these amazing solutions with so many people. Hello, Jordies! My name is Natalie Johns, and I’m the Exec. Director of Marketing, Communications and Field Engagement. I’m very excited to be here and be part of your JE success journey!

I’ve been in the direct selling industry for over 25 years and have spent some time on the selling side but mostly on the corporate side including Sales, Training, Communications, Events and Marketing. I love this industry because I’ve enjoyed a career of helping entrepreneurs like yourselves thrive.

I believe in what we’re doing here at JE. The culture you all have built, spearheaded by a Founder who is as real and wonderful as they come, is pretty hard to find. That paired with absolutely incredible competitively priced products (I’m already enjoying several) that people NEED and WANT brings you a recipe for success.
