Diamond director promotion

Misty Thomas
Diamond Director

But God. That’s sums up my promotion to Diamond Director.

I want to express my gratitude to Jordan Essentials and Team Powerhouse. Three months ago, I joined Jordan Essentials on whim. I thought Nancy was amazing and figured why not. But immediately after submitting my enrollment, I questioned my decision. I wasn’t sure if Jordan Essentials was God’s plan for me. I wasn’t even sure what Magnesium Lotion was! How in the world am I going to sell something I know nothing about lol. But I’ll tell you what I did know. I did know that my God has always taken care of me. My God has always known what’s best for me. My God has always been right by my side, making plans for me before I even knew what they were. My life verse has always been Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”.  Why would I question him now?

Thank you again to Nancy, Jordan Essentials and Team Powerhouse. I am beyond excited for all the blessings God has in store for this amazing company!! I hope all of you are as ready as I am!

Diamond Director

The leadership and community here at JE is unmatched. Thank you Karen for believing me, our friends at home office for your outpouring support and to Team Bee Bold Dreamers. I always say I'm "BLESSED WITH THE BEST" and that always proves true. God has placed me exactly where I need to be and exactly who I'm supposed to be with and who I'm supposed to serve. HUGE Congrats to Tesa Koziatek on her promotion to Director! She worked hard and she made it happen. I'm so PROUD of her and looking forward to much continued growth on our teams. JE is the place to be.

DIRECTOR PROMOTION

Cheri Bruch
Director

Hey there everyone! Jordie Cheri here from way up in Northern Wisconsin…right on the greatest Lake Superior. God’s country (we won’t discuss winters here).
I celebrated my 5th birthday with JE in February and became Director (best birthday gift ever)! Magic happens when you share what you love and believe in! Never in my wildest did I think I would be where I am today. It’s been a pinch-me moment many times throughout these wild five years. Earning a trip my first year solely on points blew me away….literally!

Living in a very small community had challenges. Small town folk are a hard group to persuade in trying new things. But also, small towns made my “word” spread like wildfire too! Thankful that I am not the shy and quiet type at all! Being six feet tall at vendor events, made me stand out among the crowed isles and they just seemed to flock to me! Sharing our Magnesium products has been a god-send in so many ways for me. I’ve gained many faithful customers because of it. Made new friends everywhere and still hug strangers to this day….a big bear hug makes people smile….and listen too!

Never doubt yourself! As my 3 grandmunchkins always say…Sharing is Caring! A great statement for what you do daily with Jordan Essentials and your happy business!

Peace, love and good vibes!
Cheri

Tara Ball
Director

So many blessings in such a short period of time. I am very grateful for my team that have joined and trusted in my leadership and my amazing customers who have followed along with me on this new journey. I feel so lucky to have found such supportive people in the Jordan Community. I am excited to share these products and make a difference in so many people’s lives.

DIRECTOR PROMOTION

Tesa Koziatek
Director

I'm Tesa Koziatek (coz a tek) from a little place in the woods, Derby Indiana. When Thirty-One closed its doors, it only made sense this was my next step.

I broke my neck years ago and the inflammation can be unbearable, the magnesium lotion prevents me from taking otc medication. I was sharing with others like me, that don't want to rely on pills, before I was a Jordie due to being an avid user for years!

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't be in direct sales, if I didn't want the extra income. My youngest is a Thrower on the Track & Field team of a D1 college in Louisville, KY. The income I receive helps support her while she studies and competes. She's out here breaking records!! And using the dead sea salts while decompressing...it all has a reason!

Last but not least, I wouldn't be here without Team ECHO JE, my green family are rockstars, and we all love the benefits, support from HO, and helping others with healthy clean solutions.

Thank yall for being here with open arms, when I needed it. I look forward to our Green future here!

Tesa aka Nana Rita

Wow, thank you Jordan Essentials!  Top Personal Volume, very exciting!

With my recent promotion to Diamond Director, I knew I wanted to find a way to get guaranteed consistent sales every month, so I started promoting the “Joyful Jordan Subscription Club”.  I had seen so many posts about this idea, but just hadn’t pulled the trigger yet.  I decided early February, I was ready and was going to start promoting it and setting a goal of at least 10 subscriptions.  I’m excited to share I ended the month with 12 committed and hope to add at least 3 more this month and every month going forward!

Not only did I promote the Joyful Jordan Subscriptions, but I hosted my very first DIY Sparty Party!  It was so much fun and really helped me get the brand in my communities hands and learn more about the products I am promoting!  It was both educational and fun!  Looking forward to hosting my 2nd one this month!

The last thing I did was prepare for 3 upcoming vendor events I have this month!  I am a planner and I knew that I needed to order by a certain date to have inventory here ready to go March 1st to be best prepared.  I am beyond excited to go represent Jordan Essentials this month and share all of our amazing products with my community!!

I was so honored to hear that I was top in sponsoring this month! It was
such a great month to grow our teams  as we celebrated our 25th
Birthday! I saw so much potential for growth when I heard about our
half-price kit. I shared about the value of our kit and the many
benefits of being a Jordie almost daily on social media. Many friends
and customers had been watching my business the past few months, and
they finally decided to jump in! While I did make sure to follow up with
those who had expressed interest before, many of them actually reached
out to me! I give God all the glory for blessing my business and my team
this month. I am so excited to help many other women experience the
blessings from this amazing company!

New Rules >> New Forms >> No Sweat!

Understanding the New 1099-K Rules: What Jordan Essentials Consultants Need to Know

With tax time in full swing, you may hear about the IRS changes to Form 1099-K and wondered what it is and how the changes affect you. These updates impact how third-party payment platforms—like PayPal, Venmo, and Square—report income to the IRS. Here’s a simple breakdown to help you stay informed and stress-free!

What is Form 1099-K?

A 1099-K is a tax form that reports payments processed through third-party platforms such as PayPal, Venmo, Square, etc.

If you receive - process - $600 or more in payments through these platforms in a year, you may receive a 1099-K form in January.

Example: You sell inventory at your local vendor event and customers pay you through your Square account. Square may send you a 1099-K if the total processed is $600 or more. It does not apply to purchases made on your website by customers.

Important Note: A 1099-K does not mean you owe additional taxes—it’s just a way for the IRS to track income. You only pay taxes on your profits, not your total sales. This is why tracking expenses (like product samples, shipping costs, and supplies) is essential!

How Might This Affect Jordan Essentials Consultants?

As a consultant, you may receive payments in different ways, and that affects whether you'll receive a 1099-K. (If you earn over $600 with Jordan Essentials, you will receive a 1099-NEC from Jordan Essentials.)

✔️ No 1099-K Needed: If most of your customer orders are placed directly through your replicate website, Jordan Essentials collects and remits sales tax on your behalf. If your customers pay the company directly, you won’t receive a 1099-K for those transactions. (If you earn over $600 with Jordan Essentials, you will receive a 1099-NEC from Jordan Essentials.)

✔️ 1099-K Possible: If you sell products using third-party payment platforms (like PayPal, Venmo, or Square) for personal inventory sales, those payments may be reported on a 1099-K if they total $600 or more for the year.

✔️ State Sales Tax Implications: Some states are now using 1099-K forms to track sales tax liabilities. If you receive a 1099-K, check your state’s sales tax rules, especially if you sell personal inventory.

What Should You Do If You Receive a Letter from the IRS or Your State?

If you get a letter about your 1099-K, don’t panic! Follow these steps:

  • Read the letter carefully – It will explain why you’re being contacted and if any action is needed.

  • Compare it to your records – Check the income reported on the 1099-K against your own sales records.

  • Remember, Jordan Essentials remits sales tax on your behalf for all products purchased.

  • Check your state's rules – Some states are using 1099-Ks for both income and sales tax tracking, so make sure you understand what applies to you.

  • Consult a tax professional and respond as necessary – An accountant or tax advisor can help clarify your situation.

Final Thoughts: Stay Informed & Keep Good Records!

While tax season can seem overwhelming, staying organized makes it easier. Track your sales and expenses throughout the year so you’re prepared if you receive a 1099-K. If you have any questions, a tax professional can guide you through the process.

By understanding these new rules, you can confidently run your Jordan Essentials business and enjoy the journey!

Spring is the season of renewal, making it the perfect time to refresh your social media strategy! Just like we declutter our homes, we can also give our online presence a spring cleaning by polishing up our profiles, refreshing our content, and planting new seeds of engagement. March is the perfect time to shake off the winter slump and step into a season of growth!

🌱 Refresh Your Social Media Presence: Take a moment to update your bio, refresh your profile picture, and ensure your links are working. A clean, inviting profile makes a big difference in how people perceive you and your Jordan Essentials business!

🌷 Try Something New: If you’ve been posting the same types of content, switch it up! Experiment with short videos, before-and-after results, or even a fun "skincare myth-busting" post. Keeping content fresh keeps your audience engaged.

💬 Engage With Purpose: Set a goal to comment on and interact with at least five new people per day. Engaging with others helps build visibility, attract new followers, and show the algorithm that you're an active participant on social media.

Just like the first blooms of spring, the seeds you plant in your business now will lead to fresh growth in the months ahead. Stay consistent, stay engaged, and let’s make March a month of momentum!

Hope Shortt
Director of Sales & Field Development

Dear Jordies,

Wow! I am beyond thrilled to celebrate YOU and the incredible, record-breaking month we had in February! Your passion, dedication, and belief in the mission of Jordan Essentials continue to inspire me every single day. Together, we are making a lasting impact, bringing wellness, empowerment, and non-toxic products into homes across the map. I shared with you back in November that I wanted to see Jordan Essentials become a household name and you are doing that!

As we step into March, I want to encourage you to lean into the momentum we’ve created. Our business is like a beautiful buffet of options—you get to choose what to pick from and what to serve. Whether your focus is on party styles (like the new ones we've introduced), vendor events, fundraisers, or sponsoring new team members, remember that YOU are in control of your plate. Find what excites you most and serve with confidence!

Here are a few simple ways to stay focused and maximize your success this month:

  1. Set Clear Intentions – Define your goals for March and map out the steps to get there. Small, consistent actions lead to BIG results!

  2. Stay in Your Zone of Genius – Do what you love and share the products that align with your passion. When you speak from the heart, people listen. Passion products are a REAL THING!

  3. Connect and Serve – Remember, we are in the business of relationships. Follow up with customers, check in with your team, and always look for ways to add value. While your customers are waiting on their orders, take time to offer a a genuine thank you and share the hot sheets or fun graphics that show more details/benefits about the items that are soon to arrive at their door!

  4. Celebrate Wins—Big and Small! – Every order, every conversation, and every connection matters. Recognizing progress keeps your energy high and your mindset strong.

I am so incredibly proud of each and every one of you. The work you do matters, and the lives you touch are forever changed because of your commitment. March is full of possibilities—let’s embrace them together, push forward with excitement, and make it another amazing month!

I believe in you and I'm cheering you on every step of the way! Let’s do this!

With gratitude and excitement,

Hope
