Diamond Director

My journey to Diamond Director has been an amazing one! Quite simply, I was a kit-napper who fell in love with the products and shared them. By doing that, I found my awesome tribe and some amazingly loyal customers. 
 

It has not an easy, but it is simple. By listening to my director Judy, and my terrific Tiki Tribe team also taking her advice, I promoted by having an amazing team with me and some good old fashioned hard work! 
   
By working closely with my leader, I also earned the trips Clearwater and Mexico. Reach up if you need help! Talk to your leader about your goals and they will help you! They want you to succeed! 
 
Being promoted to Diamond would never have been possible without my Tribe. 
 
I love continuing to share such wonderful clean products with friends, family, strangers, acquaintances, neighbors, church-folk, and just about everyone I meet!  
When you share your love of the products, your feelings become infectious to others! 

Director

I started with JE in Jan of 2021 due to one door closing & this one opening. My first purchase was a lotion bar & from there I was hooked! Initially I just wanted to get healthy products for a discount but the more I used the products the more I understood just how much these amazing products could help others. I started sharing with friends & family that also loved them. I have met so many amazing people along this journey. I am so excited to go to my very first JE convention in July.

Director

My Road to Director has been accomplished and is the start of so much more! After I became an Assistant Director in March, I started in the Road to Director group with Suzie Read. It was just what I needed to make the jump to Director. I implemented the challenges and assignments that Suzie gave us. I changed my mindset. I worked hard to make sure that I was being consistent and helping my Team be consistent as well. Consistency is KEY!

The consistency showed up in working my business, training my team to work their businesses, and making sure to focus on a team mentality versus an "I" mentality. I would not be a Director without the hard work of my team. I love the ladies (sorry no men yet) on the Hart of JJ Tribe team. They are FUN, loving ladies that care about others, and want to share these great products with others as much as I do. Thank you Ladies for your hard work and help!
The company itself is the next major reason I was able to make this jump. Nancy and the home office team Consistently give us the tools we need to build our businesses. The amazing specials, incentives and training are there to be used. The Community Class, team Mega-parties, Monday Night Lives - use what is in place to grow your business and as a person. Work together!
My advice is to find the one or two specials you love and consistently share those. Make sure you have samples with you at all times. The second, KEY though is FOLLOW-UP! Be consistent again in your follow-up with customers, leads and most of all your team.
I have learned from leaders above me that consistency and follow-up are key! It has helped me to grow my business and my team. I LOVE this company and my business because I LOVE helping others be the best they can be in health and life! The growth I have had over this last year is a result of being consistent and blessings from God. I am in awe of the people He has placed in my life while building this business. I will continue to be consistent in following His guidance along with my upline Directors

Hello all, My Name is Hope and I am here to share with you a little about me and How I decided to Join the Jordan Essentials community!
I am a Mom to 3 Adult Kiddos, A fur mom of 2: 1 cat and 1 diva dog, and a grandma to the cutest grandson a grandma could ask for! I enjoy camping, boating; and family time is a must!
I learned about Jordan Essentials in March of 2021 from a friend of mine who just started as a consultant, now turned Director, she was having a competition with her team on the Joyful Jordan box and I decided to subscribe to the monthly box, well of course I fell in love with the products, don't we all? So in October 2022 (My birthday present to myself) I decided to take the plunge and decided to become a consultant! It honestly was supposed to be a hobby job however my Team made me realize how great the community is and how fun being a consultant is!
I recently promoted to Associate Director and I am eager to learn and become the best leader I can. I absolutely love having a team to lead. Honestly I didn't think I would enjoy being in a leadership role as much as I do. It helps when you have a great Team! Work hard, step out of your comfort zone and just have fun sharing all these great products! My goal is to share and help as many people as possible and it starts with believing and being passionate! I joined Jordan essentials 6 years ago because the magnesium lotion helped me with my autoimmune illness. No one sold around me so I signed up to be a personal shopper. Well I guess God had other plans. Once I put the products on my desk people started to ask me about them. This started my sales career. I have now quit my full time job and I am doing JE full time.

I love to help people! When people reach back out to tell me how a product made them feel better it just warms my heart! Our products do so much good for people that the more people I help the better I feel.

I also make sure that I never lie to a potential customer or mislead. Sometimes I am too honest however I feel that this is best so that they keep buying from me and JE.

I never thought I would be in a sales position as I am not the best at selling but I am good at just communicating to people about JE products. I am glad that Paula did not give up on me or just ignore me when I started as a personal shopper if she did we would have both missed out.

The Secret to Success Revealed!

Catchy headlines grab us. Our attention span is getting shorter and shorter. Life comes at us faster and faster. So, how do we successfully set and reach our business goals each month?

First, goals are a given. If you are not setting goals, you will not hit them! Pull out your Vision Board and Goal Sheet and set goals. Use the upper left and if you have never set a business goal, set just one! Set your Personal Volume. With that goal you can make a plan…but that is not the key.

“Best laid plans of mice and men….” right? You set the goal, you make your plan and you jump into action…then…crash. Life happens. You start to abandon your goals.

That is where the secret comes in. Are you ready? The secret is GRACE! 

Yes, grant yourself grace to accept change, accept that you might need to adjust a goal, adjust your plan, and adjust your action. Life is change. Our reaction to it is what determines our success.

Think of your business as sailing a boat. The sails are in constant movement with the wind. Your business is in constant movement with your life and the world around you. Your success relies on your movement. It relies on adjusting your goals, your plan, and your actions in response to the changes around you. It relies on your granting yourself grace. 

Grant yourself grace to make changes and to keep moving forward. Recalculate mid-day, mid-week, and mid-month as needed. These recalculations will lead you to success. 

Now, stop and look at your goals. Know they are written in pencil and you can adjust them as needed. Grant grace and keep moving forward.

Hi! I’m Alisa Kay Garate from Buckley, WA (45 min south of Seattle). I have 3 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog, and I’m married to my high school sweetheart! 

I have 30+ years in the hospitality and sales industry, including spa/makeup enhancement parties in person AND online. I believe in exemplifying kindness to others, with a spirit of generosity, and having a harmonious approach to life and business. I am looking forward to helping Jordies do the same as one of your Consultant Coaches!

I enjoy graphic design/social media, golfing, movies, the theatre, plus I’m passionate about the planet and being an advocate for those on it. I’m also excited about being part of the movement to help you get Jordan Essentials into every home, to help others live a life less toxic!

Hi I’m Heidi! I’m from Spokane, WA where I live with my husband Jeff, 3 kids, John, Ellie and Isabella and our sweet yellow lab Daisy.  I started off in the corporate world as an Operations Analyst for many years before making the choice to stay home with my young children, which led me to a career in direct sales. What started out as a casual interest and way to tackle a bit of debt grew into a true passion for helping and connecting with people, developing goals and strategies with my team and a love for teaching people about a natural lifestyle.  Some of my favorite activities are gardening, hiking, doing yard work or anything outside in the sun, puzzles, being involved with my church and attending Barre classes at a local studio. I am thrilled to join the JE team and look forward to connecting with you all!
