Diamond Director

My journey began almost 2 years ago. I have had my ups and downs over that time, but became a director in November. In March, I decided it was push time and did well, however, none of this would have been possible, without my tribe. Every single one of us worked hard. We work together. Allison became a director and my other teammates did their part. My cousin is my cheerleader and Judy inspires us to keep going. Every single phone call, text, sample or smile made the difference. So thank you JJ team. I am a nurse and a caretaker. I realized I was not taking care of myself and recently cut my hours back. I am planning several vendor events and finding my way. My kids at work are my inspiration. I am a provider with kids in psychiatry. One wonderful differently-abled young woman, struggles with speaking. I supply her with “her lips” (Chapstick). She was running out, so I gave her the large citrus stick. Her eyes grew large and a huge smile appeared. “Daddy my lips.” This is my ‘“why”. My kids.

Director

I joined Jordan Essentials in January 2021 because my twin girls had severe eczema and I needed to find them something to help, I did Skin Relief! I stayed because I absolutely fell in love with these amazing non toxic healthy products I felt good about using around my family, even more I have made the best connections and friends through my Jordie Sisters. No way would I have hit Director without the help of my amazing Diamond 2 Director, absolutely love Judy to pieces, but all my girls on my team! We work hard together, helping each other and building each other up! I’m committed to giving my business all I got and to help my team grow and rise with me.

Director

I joined the JE family February 17,2021. I just fell in love with our products and the more I fell in love, the more I wanted to share with others. I have the best director, Judy Poland. She is so encouraging and helps anyway she can. I also have the best team. They all work very hard and I am very proud of them. I always make sure I have at least one party a month and 3-4 vendor events each month. Because of Jordan Essentials, I will be retiring from my full time job in January, 2023.

Associate Director

When I got an email from Cindy asking to write this article I was shocked. I was the girl who joined this company on a discounted kit because I was afraid I would fail but knew I needed to give it a try. I was asked to share how I got to this point, Associate Director! I am sure there are some who reached this title quicker and with fewer "mistakes" than myself. However, I work my business part-time so it has taken me three years. I also had no direct sales background except for helping my mom set up her table as a child. Boy, it looked easier back then. I say this because it's easy to look at people and think "I can never do that." Well, I hope to be proof you can.

So here are the five things that I believe have had a huge part in growing my business. First, I had fun! I joined this business for fun. Along the way, I did have moments when I tried to do the things I thought I was supposed to. However, returning to fun has always paid off. Second, I asked for help! I am always blown away by the amazing people we have in this company. My business grew the more I asked for help, said when I was stuck, and attend the training. Third, I tried new things. My uplines are probably shocked I was promoted this month...because in February I was saying how I was struggling with parties and growing my team. The truth is I stopped wanting to do these things because it wasn't fun or working. Then Sarah Brown shared this new idea for parties! Not only did this make parties fun again for me but being willing to try something new helped give a boost to my business. Fourth, help people and build relationships. My team and I had so much fun getting to this point and honestly, the only reason I am writing to you today is that they were excited to promote OUR TEAM! Lastly, work your business. When I started seeing this as my business it changed everything. When I started scheduling "work" hours and organizing tasks my goals started to be met. I was so afraid this would ruin the fun but instead, it eliminated the stress.

Hopping into April means a few warmer days across the country and the return of Jordan Spa Parties! We are getting reports of happy hosts in small groups from across the country.

I know personally, I wondered if it would happen again. People gather, pampering, smiling happy people learning about JE healthy skin and healthy life tips and products. It is happening!

I recently did a Spingo in St Louis and just seeing people gather brought such joy! People need people now more than ever. Spring vendor events, sharing with a friend over coffee about how they can join JE and all the JE things!
It is time to focus on where we have been and keep our strong online and customer service in place while we work back into in-home Jordan Spa Parties and vendor events. It is going to be an amazing springtime. Let's get out there and enjoy it!
