Essential Consultant

Hi! My name is Bobbie Jo Manyoma! I reside in a small town called Cannel City, Kentucky with my husband Harrison. We have 4 precious children and we love the Lord! We have been using Jordan Essentials products for many many years!

Wow! Top in Sponsoring was the last thing on my mind this month! To be honest, in my history of being involved with network marketing companies, it’s always been about the integrity of the company, my love for the products, and helping people first! Jordan Essentials has made it so easy to operate this way with their $120 Kit Builder Kit! I was able to build my kit with full size and sample products and then share them with others. Once my friends and family sampled the products, I gave them certificates to apply toward half price enrollment! And then they paid that forward as well! I know that when anyone uses these products, they won’t want to do without them! Some of my favorite products are the Salt Scrub, Shea Butter, Mineral Makeup, and Lip Butter! I love the new Promise scent! Oatmeal Milk and Honey is still a timeless classic! Also, I’m a personal trainer and was able to share the new line of Magnesium products with a client! Within minutes, she stated that her arthritic achy hand was no longer hurting! She’s a beautician and this will change her life! It’s truly always a win-win for everyone involved when we introduce Jordan Essentials to others! All glory be to God for this company led by a woman of faith! God bless you all!

What a September to Remember!

Before I write another word, this September may not have been the best one of your career or life. That is A-OK! You will have your time and season. That is how life rolls, dear one. We are not all up at the same time. Thank goodness! Because when I have had downtimes I have had a good friend who was in an uptime and I was so grateful.

I always like to tell people: “when you see someone do well, pretend like it is your best friend or sister doing well and cheer them on.” Be inspired!

So there we were Sept 1 and I was feeling the weight of a new catalog launch for Oct 1, the trip tracker was not working yet and we all kind of just sliding into Sept like a soggy blanket. Many weary parents were getting their kids back in school and the world was what is today with so many challenges we are not sure what will happen next. Then it happened! The team rallied, the leaders decided to be joyful and that we should be counting our blessings. We would open all of our leadership management meetings with what was going right and then go after the trouble spots that might be in the way of our promising future!

We were featured in the DSN news, I was part of my first podcast, we began to see sales go up and up. Joy was coming from so many places! Marian said the Moving On Group was on fire! Online parties and vendor events were going well. We saw the JE spirit in wonderful motion and ended September with double points and some records broken on teams too.

In those times when you are feeling a little slumpy like when September began go for the joy, go for the gratitude and protect it and nurture it.

May your Rocktober be abundantly joyful!

Keeping Connected in a Digital World

Yesterday was a crazy day!

I have always said, with a smile, that Mark Zuckerberg could pull the plug on Facebook at any time!

Without Facebook yesterday, I felt a little sense of loss. How would I contact long-distance friends? How would I reach out to people I only knew through Facebook?

This downtime yesterday has shown me how important the personal connections we have with people really are!

I am going to encourage you to use this as a lesson too. Let's use that experience and this upcoming week to build stronger business connections.

How you ask? Here are three quick ways to re-connect and stay connected with friends, family and customers.

1. Be sure customers are getting the customer emails sent on your behalf.

Each Tuesday and Friday, Jordan Essentials sends a beautiful email to your customers, guests, hosts and leads for you. It highlights the weekly special, monthly specials and shares about Jordan Essentials. It also links directly to your website for easy shopping.

Reach out to your customers, guests, hosts and leads to be sure they receive the customer email.  It can be a simple message – Hey Suzie, did you see the email on Tuesday? It showcased one of your favorite products, Spritz Your Pits.

Then, let the conversation go from there!

2. Check to see if you have their current phone number to send an occasional text to...like announcing the Holiday Mailer.

Review your contacts list in your phone and back office to be sure you have phone numbers for everyone. I am not suggesting you bombard them with texts, but an occasional text with a special message is usually ok.

At in-person events, you can even make a game of it. Have everyone pull out their phone and you say  “Ready Set…Call”…and then call out your phone number. The first one to get through to you wins! Then, have everyone save your phone number as Marian JE or Marian Jordan Essentials so they will remember who you are when you call or text….AND you will be just a text or call away when they need to reorder.

3. Be sure they have your website link saved or bookmarked for re-orders.

Sometimes we take for granted that people will remember us and how to find us. Make it simple by reminding them to bookmark your site during Copy/Paste parties and even during in-person events.  Keep it easy and say “Be sure to Bookmark Me for easy reordering.”

One of the special things about direct selling is the people – the connections we make along our journey. Don’t lose track of customers (or friends) because of technology. We are about people. Keeping in touch with people makes all the difference.
