My Jordan journey began just a little over 3 years ago, right in the middle of the pandemic. I became a Jordie just so I could buy the magnesium from myself. I had been having an issue with my neck and it worked, I had no intentions of selling no less grow a team, but here I am. I began telling everyone I could how well it worked on ALL my issues. Then it became all about them, not me. I have helped so many in the past three years. These products work and it is easy to offer solutions to people knowing they will help with issues. I am amazed when someone comes up to me and says you gave me a sample or I bought this from you, I need more, I've told my friends. It is a fantastic feeling. I have for the last year getting ready to retire and knowing I have my JE business to fill in gaps has been a relief. I never thought in a million years that I would become a director, but here I am. Karen Simpson has been with me all along the way. Throughout all my trial and tribulations she has been my rock. Our team is the best and always cheering each other on, I love every single one of you. And my team which remains unnamed at this point is growing and there for one another. Thank you. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. None of this would have been possible without any of you.

June Oh June!!
I knew starting off the NEW JE year I wanted to kick it off right with my eye on the Prize. The trip incentive!!
Many of you know and some may not. I bring it up from about January until the day of the announcement at JV. I jokingly always ask Nancy just tell me now where the trip is for the following year I won't say anything or it will be our little secret. No surprise she never tells me but I will always ask. It's now our little thing.
It truly doesn't matter where we will go I want to be there. It's not just the bonus of getting it, it's knowing I worked my business everyday to still build a rock solid foundation in my customer base, trying new things, not letting the little things get to me and linking arms with my team (Fierce and Fabulous) to reach our goals together.
I loved having double points in June, I started my plan of attack for the summer and well into the fall of where I was heading not knowing the trip destination, how many points I would need once I earned the last trip to Punta Cana (I loved it).
No you don't have to be top sales, you just need passion, drive and know your Why!! Team, no team, side gig or go BIG or GO home. Just make a plan Jordies!!!
I don't like writing these but always want to be a little fun, a touch quirky and give a little inspiration to others.
I will end with......Hey Nanc email me back and give me a Hint like where I need to plan my airline tickets too. I won't say a word. Hehehehe.
See everyone at JV when she tells us all.

Embracing Summer Gratitude in the World of Being a Jordie
As the summer sun casts its warm glow upon us, it's the perfect time to reflect on the abundance and opportunities that come with being a Jordie. In this season of growth and abundance, cultivating gratitude becomes even more important. Whether you're a seasoned leader or just starting your journey, embracing gratitude can enhance your experience and propel you toward greater success.
Here are some of my best tips on gratitude you can add to your summer as a Jordie.
1. Appreciating Flexibility and Freedom:
One of the greatest advantages of being a Jordie is the flexibility it offers. Summer brings a sense of freedom to create your own schedule, work from anywhere, and spend more time with loved ones. Expressing gratitude for this autonomy allows you to fully embrace the joys of summer while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
2. Celebrating Connection and Community:
Direct sales is not just about selling products; it's about building relationships and fostering a sense of community. During the summer months, people are often more open to socializing, attending events, and exploring new opportunities. Gratitude for the connections you make and the community you belong to can amplify the positive energy and enthusiasm within your business. Be sure to make time to attend Jordanvention online. For only $15, the cost is less than an allergy stick, you can connect and be a part of the JV community July 28/29!
3. Embracing Personal Growth:
Summer gratitude allows you to appreciate the growth mindset and the ability to continuously learn and improve. Each experience, whether it's overcoming challenges or achieving milestones, contributes to your personal growth journey. Acknowledging and being grateful for these transformative moments fuels your motivation and propels you forward.
4. Savoring the Rewards:
We offers unique incentives and rewards that can make summer even more memorable. Go for all you can! We have a new reward launching at JV just for attendees, yep another reason to register for only $15! From bonuses and recognition programs to travel opportunities and exclusive events, gratitude amplifies the joy of these rewards. By acknowledging and appreciating the fruits of your hard work, you cultivate a positive mindset that attracts even more abundance and success. Your trip points are adding up. Be sure and log in and check out where you are at and make a plan to join us at our next destination which is announced at the end of awards night July 19th for attendees. So yes, again sign up for only $15!
5. Recognizing the Impact:
Every sale you make has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. Whether you're providing a solution, helping others achieve their goals, or empowering individuals to become part of your team, your work has a tangible impact. Cultivating gratitude for the opportunity to positively impact lives amplifies your sense of purpose and fuels your passion.
As you soak in the warmth of the summer season, take a moment to reflect on the blessings and opportunities that being a Jordie has brought into your life. Embracing summer gratitude in your business cultivates a positive mindset, strengthens relationships, and fuels your drive for success. So, bask in the beauty of the season, express gratitude for the flexibility, connections, growth, rewards, and impact that direct sales brings. Let gratitude be your guiding light as you embrace the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
I can't wait to see you at JV July 28/29!!

Ready…Set…JV!
Attending Jordanvention in-person or virtually is a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge, network with fellow Jordies and leaders, and enhance your skills as a consultant. Here are some tips to help you get the most out of JV:
Plan your schedule: Review the start and stop times each day. This is especially important for those attending virtually. Mark your calendar, set your alarm and treat the time like you are there in person!
Take notes: Bring a notebook or use a note-taking app to jot down key takeaways, ideas, and action items during the sessions. Mark or highlight one thought from each session.
Engage actively: Be Present! Engaging not only can mean asking questions, it is also being present by giving the speaker, panel, presentation your full attention.
Network strategically: Take advantage of the networking opportunities available at the convention. Introduce yourself to fellow consultants, leaders and guest speakers. Be genuine, listen actively, and exchange contact information. Remember, networking is about building relationships, so follow up after JV to nurture those connections.
Seek inspiration from success stories: Listen to keynote speakers and successful consultants who share their stories and strategies. Their experiences can inspire you, provide valuable insights, and offer ideas for your own business growth.
Share your experiences on social media: Utilize social media platforms to share your JV experience. Use relevant hashtags, tag speakers or presenters, and engage with fellow attendees online. This can expand your reach, facilitate further networking, and contribute to the online community.
Follow up and implement: Review your notes, pay close attention to the highlight from each session. Identify key takeaways and ideas you want to implement in your business. Create an action plan and implement 1-3 items immediately.
Remember, Jordanvention is an investment in your personal, professional, and business development. Stay open-minded, be receptive to new ideas, and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow as a Jordie.
